There are several different parts to this position, changing by student availability.It can include any of the following: * Picking up UWSP mail at the USPS in Stevens Point * Sorting USPS mail for on-campus delivery * Delivering USPS mail to the academic bldgs./Picking up outgoing mail at the academic bldgs. * Delivering packages from bolthires/bolthires to academic bldgs * Checking out parts from Central Stores for technicians * Picking/Delivering Central Stores orders for campus * Misc clerical and janitorial (basic housekeeping for the warehouse) duties * Special Projects as assigned You can work as little as 1 shift per week or several, and there is the opportunity for Winterim/Summer employment.QUALIFICATIONS: You will be required to drive a state vehicle, so you will need to meet the following qualifications: * Have a valid driver’s license * More than 2 years of licensed driving experience * Less than three moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past two years * No OWI or DUI violation within the past year In addition, one must be flexible, as every day will likely be different. Attention to detail and accuracy are a must, as well as good customer service skills.
