Our Generation Speaks is seeking an experienced consultant in the intersectingfields of Program Design, Educational Pedagogy, and Leadership Development tosupport a two-phase project that includes review and recommendations on redesignof the OGS Fellowship program experience along with development of leadershipdevelopment offerings for our wider alumni community.The goal of this work is toarticulate a clearer pedagogical foundation to upgrade and evolve the flagshipFellowship program, refine its components for greater coherence and impact, andpropose a leadership development model for alumni in the years ahead, that bothbuilds on the experience of the Fellowship - the primary entry point into thecommunity - and meets the distinct needs of our alumni community to accelerateand amplify their leadership development. This engagement will include a review of the current fellowship programstructure—including startup support and coaching, professional and leadershipdevelopment, and trust-building (incl.dialogue and political education)components, and the mentoring program—as well as stakeholder interviews,analysis, and the development of programmatic recommendations and plans. Objectives● Clarify and articulate an integrated pedagogy for the OGS Fellowship,including program goals, desired learning outcomes, and a proposedstructure that ensures alignment across program components. ● Identify opportunities to strengthen leadership development throughout theFellowship. ● Recommend refinements to program flow, sequencing, and integration toimprove learning experience, coherence, and impact.● Develop a plan and proposed offerings for leadership development within theOGS alumni community, potentially including workshops, retreats,partnership opportunities that leverage existing programs and institutes fromoutside OGS, and mechanisms to amplify alumni leadership in broader publicand professional arenas. ● Provide OGS with clear, actionable roadmaps for both the Fellowship andalumni leadership pathways. Scope of Work and DeliverablesPhase 1: Fellowship Pedagogy Review & Redesign (December–January 20)● Discovery and Reviewo Review past program structures, schedules, and curriculum materials.o Meet with key staff and stakeholders to understand what is working,what is not, and aspirations for the next stage of the Fellowship. o Analyze core program components:• Startup-development and coaching• Professional and leadership development elements• Trust-building/dialogue/political education• Mentoring program● Pedagogy and Program Design Recommendations (by January 20)o Propose a clarified pedagogy and learning framework with goals andoutcomes. o Recommend program design adjustments, sequencing changes, andintegration improvements.o Identify specific program design for a strong leadership developmentwithin the Fellowship. Phase 2: Alumni Leadership Development Plan (January 21–March 15)● Develop a proposed plan for alumni leadership development, which mayinclude:o Workshops, multi-session tracks, or a leadership retreato Partnerships with external programs or institutionso Mechanisms to amplify alumni leadership in public, civic, professional,or entrepreneurial spaceso Factor overall community development and relationships int leadershipas individuals and as a group● Produce a final set of recommendations, including structure, objectives,format options, and implementation considerations.Qualifications● Proven experience in program design, pedagogy, leadership development, orexperiential education—ideally within some combination of social impact,entrepreneurship, cross-cultural, or civic leadership contexts. ● Familiarity with community-building or conflict-sensitive educationalprogramming is an asset, particularly in the Israeli-Palestinian context. ● Strong analytical and facilitation skills, with experience conductingstakeholder interviews and synthesizing feedback. ● Ability to translate vision and goals into coherent program frameworks.● Strong written communication and ability to meet tight timelines.
