Senior IAM Integration Engineer (Remote - NC, AZ, NJ, VA)

About the positionResponsibilities• Lead the setup, configuration, and customization of new IAM solutions to meet the company's specific needs and security policies. • Ensure the IAM solutions integrate effectively with existing IT and security systems, including directory services, HR systems, cloud platforms, and data repositories. • Design and optimize IAM workflows and processes for efficient access control and user management. • Conduct training sessions for IT staff and end-users on new IAM systems and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.• Maintain compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards, continuously evaluate the security configurations to mitigate potential risks. • Keep detailed documentation of IAM architectures, configuration settings, and operational guidelines. • Guide and mentor junior integration engineers. Requirements• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network, or Information Security OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network, or Information Security.Nice-to-haves• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems SecurityProfessional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) are advantageous. • Expert knowledge of IAM principles, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and privileged access management. • Experience with managing and integrating Veza application. • Proficiency in APIs and systems integration. • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to convey complex IAM concepts to diverse audiences.
