Business Analyst Consultant

About the positionResponsibilities• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for technical teams. • Manage stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle. • Support project management activities and agile ceremonies. • Design, build, and deploy dashboards, reports, and analyses for data-driven decision-making. • Identify and implement process improvements in the business analysis delivery process. • Capture and document system flow and relevant technical information.• Develop data quality standards and tools to ensure accuracy. • Mentor junior team members on best practices and analytics standards. Requirements• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • 4+ years of experience in business analysis and agile project delivery. • Strong skills in requirements elicitation and documentation. • Experience in stakeholder relationship management. • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and similar tools. • Expertise in using Python and SQL for data analysis. • Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, MicroStrategy, and Alteryx.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Nice-to-haves• Master's degree in computer science or engineering or related field. • IIBA or CBAP Certification. • Experience with ELT methodologies and tools. • Ability to manage diverse projects impacting multiple roles and processes. • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
