Overview:Our division continues to grow and as part of that, we have a newly created position open for aSenior Business Analyst, Human Resources &Compensation Consulting. In this role, you will work closely with the highest levels of our HR &Compensation Consulting business line, along with the technical implementation teams. This is a very high-visibility role in a highly entrepreneurial environment – if you thrive in that type of setting and have a few years (or more) of relevant experience, we would love to meet you.This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US or Canada. Responsibilities:• Work with the business to identify opportunities for driving productivity and effectiveness through technology, data, and process improvement. • Manage the product roadmap, prioritization, release planning, and delivery of key features for the business processes and technologies you oversee. • Lead complex technical projects, overseeing requirements gathering, research, technical design, solution development, testing, deployment, documentation, and user enablement.• Effectively communicate strategy, technology roadmaps, options and trade-offs of technical solutions, and project progress and risks to executive stakeholders. • Analyzes business processes, identifies process deficiencies, researches solutions and plans and coordinates the remediation of these deficiencies• Partner with business stakeholders to define and document business cases for new initiatives.
