Job Summary:bolthires is seeking a Virtual Shipping and Delivery Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support related to shipping, delivery, and tracking. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations of the delivery process. This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering top-tier support to our customers.
