Bilingual Healthcare Client Support (Remote)
About the positionResponsibilities• Conduct daily phone calls to elderly clients to check in, answer questions, and provide support. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using CRM software. • Demonstrate patience and empathy in all communications, ensuring a positive experience for clients. • Assist clients in navigating services and resources available to them. • Track client concerns and follow up as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.• Participate in ongoing training to enhance communication skills and knowledge of client needs. Requirements• Associate's degree or equivalent; experience in customer service or caregiving preferred. • Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor. • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Experience working with elderly clients is a plus.
