What You’ll DoYou’ll be the visual engine behind artist campaigns, social posts, and digital content. Think:• Eye-catching graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Meta, YouTube• Thumbnails, reels/shorts visuals, stories, carousels, and feed posts• Tour posters, single art variations, promo graphics, podcast assets• Quick-turn design tweaks, simple video formatting, and clean social layouts• Maintaining vibe and brand consistency across multiple artists• Attending short check-ins with the team (we promise—short)• Keeping assets organized so nothing gets lost in the shuffleWhat You Bring• 1–3 years of design experience (music/entertainment is a bonus)• A portfolio full of social-first design work• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator skills (Premiere/After Effects = extra gold star)• Canva familiarity• Strong understanding of current social trends, aesthetics, and what makes people stop scrolling• Ability to turn things around quickly—and still make them look.• Reliable, organized, and able to follow directions• A love for music, creativity, and building something fun with a small teamWhy You'll Love It Here• Flexible hours• Remote work• Work directly with artists, managers, and labels• Your creative work will be seen, shared, and part of real campaigns• Room to grow as we grow (and we’re growing fast)Ready to Plant Something and Watch It Grow? and help us build visuals that make artists impossible to ignore.
