Automation Engineer for Cold Outreach System
RoboApply.co is hiring an automation engineer who has built and run full pipelines — not just scrapers. You must have shipped systems that scrape, enrich, validate, launch cold email sequences, and report conversions at scale. (Loom video and proof of end to end delivery of previous work required) only experts need to apply! )Role Overview Design and deploy a scalable, compliant pipeline that:• Scrapes & extracts leads (professionals “open to work”). • Enriches with RocketReach/ContactOut (email + role + signals).• Validates & stores leads in a structured DB/warehouse. • Integrates with Instantly (or equivalent) for cold outreach, nurturing, and A/B tests. • Personalizes copy via OpenAI (job/role/company-aware). • Tracks & reports open, click, reply, meeting, AND conversion rates. Must-Have Experience (hard requirement)• You’ve built end-to-end systems: scraping → enrichment → verification → email automation → reporting. • Hands-on with Instantly (or comparable) including domain/warmup, inbox rotation, throttling, and deliverability.• Can show conversion results (case study or redacted dashboard). • Proven use of RocketReach and/or ContactOut at scale. • OpenAI (or similar) for dynamic, per-lead personalization. • Strong data hygiene: de-dup, bounce reduction, suppression lists, opt-outs.
