Employee Responsibilities andQualifications:Please keep in mind this position is mostly in an office based environment. Roughly about 80% office and 20% bench lab work. Ensure that the client receives quality data by reviewing laboratory data for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to GMP and/or GLP regulationsWork efficiently, document work clearly, and perform duties accuratelyStrong computer, scientific, and organizational skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitudeAbility to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policiesTheoretical understanding of protein or chemistry related techniquesQualificationsMinimumQualifications:• BACHELOR LEVEL CANDIDATES ONLYMust have a related Bachelors Degree in a LIFE SCIENCE.Chemistry, Biochemistry, and Biology Degrees are preferred. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am - 4 pm., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply. No relocation assistance will be given. This position is NOT remote.
