Summary:• Looking for a jack-of-all-trades IT Administrator who can manage Atlassian tools, support AWS services, and handle day-to-day IT operations.This individual must excel at troubleshooting and be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple systems. Ticketing management will be handled through Jira. • Responsibilities• Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in AWS and software development. • Experience with Atlassian so specifically in JIRA or Bitbucket, or Confluence. • This is a team-oriented position, can require constant communication within the team and requires team-oriented, self-motivated, and self-managed individuals.• Experience on team communication, MS suite, SharePoint, share file, and Jump link daily. • Healthcare familiarity is a plus but not required. Top 3 skills• Five years of hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Bitbucket, Jump Cloud (preferred), TERA, AWS experience, and JumpCloud (or similar like Okta/AD)• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint. • Jump Cloud/AD/Okta is Plus. • Airtable is plusTop 3 preferred skills:• Programming background (any language),• Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving ability,• Familiarity with enterprise-level Atlassian administration.No certification is requiredIndustry exp is not required Sammi, a Motif is not importantEducation:Bachelor's degree (4-year degree, with 5 years Direct IT experience, Atlassian, any kind of Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, or Bitbucket.
