Job Title: Antitrust AttorneyLocation: Chicago, ILAbout the Opportunity:A nationally recognized plaintiffs’ firm is seeking an experienced Antitrust Attorney to join its growing team in Chicago/Los Angeles. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, complex litigation cases that focus on protecting consumers and promoting fair competition. Key Responsibilities:• Handle all phases of complex antitrust and competition litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.• Collaborate with senior attorneys on major class action cases involving price-fixing, monopolization, and unfair competition. • Analyze economic and market data to identify anticompetitive practices and support the development of cases. • Participate in settlement negotiations and manage client communication. • Work closely with a collaborative team dedicated to advancing consumer rights and corporate accountability. Qualifications:• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Active Chicago/California Bar license.• 3–8 years of experience in antitrust, complex litigation, or class actions. • Strong writing, analytical, and research skills. • Experience handling large-scale discovery and working with expert economists is a plus. Salary and OtherCompensation:The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
