Analyst II, Epic
Job Description:• Drive the evolution of our Epic platform by researching, designing, and building enhancements that support strategic initiatives like Value-Based Care and new regulatory programs. • Partner with nephrology practices to implement Epic through new community connect partner practices, guiding them through every phase from requirements gathering and workflow analysis to testing and go-live. • Serve as a primary point of contact for Epic-related incidents and requests, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted clinical and business operations.• Contribute to our team’s growth by mentoring and training other Epic teammates, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
