Advertising & Promotional Review Attorney$250,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr base + 25% bonus. New Jersey (Hybrid), open to Fully Remote. Position OverviewWe are working with a global enterprise with core competencies in the life science field of health care. They are seeking a leading Advertising & Promotional Review Attorney to join their legal team. This position will head‑up the division on advertising, promotional, and marketing initiatives within the Pharmaceuticals space. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the legal lead for promotional and advertising review for assigned pharmaceutical products.Partner with regulatory, medical, and commercial colleagues in promotional review committees (PRCs) to provide timely, solutions‑oriented legal advice. Ensure compliance with FDA, FTC, and other regulatory agency guidelines governing pharmaceutical advertising and promotion. Advise on digital and social media campaigns, traditional advertising, sales training materials, disease awareness campaigns, and HCP‑facing content. QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school; admission to practice law in at least one U.S.jurisdiction. Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably with a focus on FDA‑regulated product promotion. PreferredExperience working in‑house at a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company. Familiarity with over‑the‑counter (OTC) advertising standards and consumer healthcare products. Understanding of FTC, NAD, and other advertising regulatory bodies.
