Serve as the primary point of contact for adult members, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Collaborate with healthcare providers, including physicians, specialists, and facilities, to ensure coordinated and effective care for adult members. Conduct assessments and develop care plans for adult members based on their individual healthcare needs.Monitor and track adult members' healthcare utilization and outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary. Educate adult members on their healthcare benefits and available resources to help them make informed decisions about their care. Advocate for adult members and assist them in navigating the healthcare system to access needed services. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in adult healthcare services, and make recommendations for improvement to enhance the member experience.Collaborate with internal teams, such as case managers and claims specialists, to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of services to adult members. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all interactions with adult members and their healthcare providers. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines, to ensure compliance and protect the confidentiality of adult members' health information. Participate in team meetings and trainings to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to adult healthcare services.Maintain a positive and professional attitude and represent Aetna's mission and values in all interactions with adult members and colleagues.
