The Project Manager is a key member of the business operations team managing and supporting the customer relationship focusing on Permitting and Approvals. The role combines aspects of:• Customer Facing Project Management• Submitting and Tracking approvals for all applicable permits for Residential Solar Construction/Installation• Process Orientation/Attention to Detail/Project Management• Maintaining and updated customer records in SalesforceA successful candidate is 100% focused on exceptional customer outcomes, is detail and process-oriented, proactive and is a problem solver.This is a remote/work-from-home opportunity responsible for supporting customers nationwide.
