Workday Integration Consultant
Job SummaryWe’re seeking a Workday Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience across Workday integration tools and HR data processes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building and maintaining integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and advanced integration frameworks like WECI, PECI, and PICOF. Key Responsibilities:• Design, develop, and support integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, and PICOF. • Manage the full integration lifecycle — requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.• Work closely with HRIT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to define integration needs and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data flow issues, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reliability. • Maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations, configurations, and support procedures. Must Haves:• Proven experience with Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, CCW, Core Connectors, WECI, PECI, PICOF). • Strong technical skills in XML, XSLT, XSD, REST/SOAP, WSDL, and middleware technologies.• Experience with HR data management, data mapping, validation, and issue resolution between Workday and external systems. • Good to have experience in Benefits and Payroll implementation projects. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Workday Integrations certification (Workday Pro or Partner Certified) required.
