WordPress Developer – Enterprise, WordPress VIP
Job Description:• Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress themes and plugins• Work within the WordPress VIP platform to ensure code quality, security, and performance• Collaborate with design, content, and DevOps teams on website and CMS needs• Implement advanced publishing workflows, multilingual support, and custom Gutenberg blocks• Optimize for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness• Conduct code reviews and work within VIP’s rigorous development standards• Handle large-scale content migrations and integrations with external platforms (CRM, analytics, etc.)Requirements:• 5+ years of WordPress development experience, including at least 1–2 years with WordPress VIP or other enterprise-grade WordPress environments• Expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (including React), HTML5, and CSS3• Familiarity with Git workflows and continuous integration/deployment practices• Understanding of WP REST API, GraphQL, and headless WordPress setups• Experience managing performance and security in high-scale environments• Ability to navigate Wordpress VIP-specific review and deployment processesBenefits:• Competitive PTO• Employee health, vision and dental insurance• Company 401k Program Apply tot his job
