Virtual Assistant - Digital Marketing
About theRole:We’re seeking a creative and results-driven Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys marketing, and has a strong eye for design and detail. Responsibilities:Create and schedule social media posts using Canva across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Manage and optimize bolthires Ads and Facebook Ads campaignsConduct SEO research and implement on-page/off-page optimization strategiesSupport sales and marketing efforts — lead generation, follow-bolthires, and CRM updatesAssist with content planning and reporting analytics for growth campaignsHandle other administrative tasks as assignedRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing AssistantProficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and bolthires Ads ManagerUnderstanding of SEO best practices and keyword tools (bolthires Analytics, SEMrush, or similar)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesReliable internet connection and availability for 40 hours per weekPreferred Skills (Bonus):Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)Basic understanding of branding and content strategyCompensation:Competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer (based on experience)To Apply:Please send your resume, portfolio (if available), and a short note about why you’re the perfect fit for this role.Apply tot his job
