The RoleWe’re looking for a Venture Partner to join our core leadership team and help drive all aspects of business development and venture sourcing. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic planning with daily operational execution. You’ll develop and lead Liminal’s partnership processes, work closely with internal leads, and build relationships with founders, funds, and accelerators that align with our mission.What You’ll DoLeadership and Strategy• Establish and manage day-to-day business development operations, including outreach, deal tracking, and follow-up systems. • Design and refine studio partnership standards, processes, and playbooks that guide how Liminal sources and engages with venture partners. • Contribute to overall growth planning and long-term business strategy. • Represent Liminal at venture events, accelerators, and startup ecosystems to strengthen studio visibility. Execution and Partnerships• Source and evaluate early-stage startups and ventures aligned with Liminal’s build model.• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, investors, and strategic ecosystem partners. • Develop proposals, partnership structures, and presentations for potential engagements. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and design leads to assess technical fit and capacity for new partnerships. • Support fundraising, co-investment, and collaboration opportunities across Liminal’s venture network. Who You Are• Experienced in venture capital, accelerators, or startup ecosystems. • Skilled at turning high-level strategy into actionable systems and measurable results.• A strong communicator who builds authentic relationships with founders and partners. • Comfortable in dynamic, decentralized environments where initiative and accountability matter. • Excited to help shape a growing studio’s operational foundation while actively closing deals.
