The Role: Remote Construction Software Marketing Manager As our ideal candidate, you're a strategic thinker with a unique blend of technical acumen and marketing proficiency. You're well-versed in the B2B SaaS domain and have a deep understanding of the construction industry. Your expertise in product positioning, competitive analysis, and market research will be invaluable in helping us refine our marketing strategy and take our product to the next level. Key Responsibilities Product Positioning: Formulate and implement effective product positioning strategies that highlight the distinct benefits and capabilities of our software. Competitive Intelligence: Conduct thorough competitive intelligence assessments to discern market trends and opportunities, utilizing insights to refine our product messaging. Business Advantage: Transform technical functionalities of our software into accessible and impactful business advantages, aligning them with market demands and addressing client challenges. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to develop unified, customer-centric messaging that resonates across various channels. Sales Enablement: Aid in sales enablement through the creation of technical resources such as product sheets, feature comparisons, and buyer guides targeted at decision-makers. Go-to-Market Strategies: Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new product features, aligning them with market requirements. Industry Developments: Remain vigilant about industry developments and client feedback to adapt product positioning as necessary. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B software product marketing, ideally with a focus on construction or technical software.
