Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.Mentor team members on Agile practices and principles. Remove Impediments:Identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team’s progress. Ensure the team has all the resources and support needed to perform their tasks efficiently. Monitor and Report:Track the team’s progress and performance using metrics like burndown charts. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the team’s progress. Promote Agile Practices:Advocate for Agile methodologies within the organization.
