We’re looking for dynamic self-starters who thrive in a fast-moving environment, value teamwork, and share our passion for moving the insurance industry forward.Check out our website at www.getforesight.comResponsibilities:• Maintain our portfolio of commercial clients ensuring each client receives the highest level of customer support and service. • Ownership of UW quality within your portfolio, responsible for growth, pricing, underwriting quality and meeting service standards. • Ensure that new and renewal business fits Company strategy and that the underwriting process and procedures are aligned. • Provide client education ensuring producer and broker partners understand our product features and technology value proposition.• Continuously grow knowledge of forms, coverage, rating plans, market conditions, manuals and company position papers. • Assist in the verification of client information and the production, analysis, and quoting of new and renewal business. • Provide ongoing support to ourSenior Program Managers and CIO of Underwriting. • Ensure Underwriting team has quality data available for referrals. • Monitor client accounts to ensure all compliance requirements are met. • Assist with solution strategies for business requirements and enhancement requests• Assist with reporting and analysis on an as needed basis• Perform other duties as assigned by ManagerRequirements:• 3 years minimum experience servicing underwriting commercial and general lines with a strong emphasis on WorkersCompensation• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Familiarity with insurance industry regulations• Self-starter with proven drive and initiative to deliver results• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Salesforce experience a plus• Ability to work in a fast paced environment• Confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organizationBenefits• Industry-leading career development opportunities• Competitive salary• Generous paid time off including 14 paid holidays, personal days, and paid sick leave• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• Monthly wellness stipend• Home office equipment provided to create a comfortable and productive work set up• Learning and development program to use on courses, conferences, or other upskilling opportunities• 401k• Paid parental leaveAs a fully remote company, the compensation range provided is based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, and other business and organizational needs and is based on national averages*.A reasonable estimate for this non-exempt role is $60,000-$75,000, plus bonus and equity. • Location may be considered if a role needs to be based in a specific geographic area.
