Role: UI/UX DesignerLocation: 100% RemoteResponsibilities:• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and user needs• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs• Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure brand consistency• Deliver design specifications and assets to developers and support them during implementation• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and design technologiesRequirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)• 2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role• Strong portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving skills• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles• Familiarity with basic front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Strong attention to detail and a user-centered mindsetNice to Have:• Experience working in agile/scrum environments• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)• Experience with motion/interaction design• Understanding of analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.Apply tot his job
