Job Description:• Manage design, engineering, and construction of solar projects• Develop and execute project work plans• Support management and budget updates• Oversee procurement and bidding process• Coordinate engineering support for development• Facilitate project meetings and status updates• Coordinate with legal for project contract negotiations• Assist in project completion transitions• Oversee quality control during project execution• Manage compliance with interconnection and power purchase agreementsRequirements:• Prior experience as a lead Assistant Project Manager on renewable power projects• Familiarity with contracting procedures and project contracts• Ability to travel and work on remote solar projects• Ability to interpret project financial reports• General understanding of project scheduling software• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills• Experience with project risk management and mitigation• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite• Valid driver’s license• 24/7 on-call availability when at project location• Able to work at heights and perform essential physical functionsBenefits:• Merit-based salary increases• Incentive plan participation• Eligibility for 401(k) plan and matching• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance• 18 vacation days in the first year• Paid holidays• Paid volunteer time• Paid parental leave Apply tot his job
