Trademark Attorney Needed to Reinstate Abandoned Trademark Application
• * Project Overview:We are seeking a qualified U.S.-licensed trademark attorney to assist with reinstating a recently abandoned USPTO trademark application and responding to an associated Office Action. The application was abandoned due to a missed response deadline for an Office Action that was not received. We need an attorney to review the file, advise on the best path forward, and handle the required filings with the USPTO. • * Scope of Work:The attorney will be responsible for:• Reviewing the USPTO file history for the application• Advising whether to file a Petition to Revive – Failure to Respond, a Request for Reinstatement, or another option• Preparing and filing all required USPTO forms• Drafting and submitting a complete response to the outstanding Office Action• Providing analysis on how to address the USPTO’s likelihood-of-confusion refusal• Handling all communication with the USPTO as the attorney of record• Offering guidance on possible next steps if revival is not feasible• * Requirements:• Licensed U.S.trademark attorney in good standing• Experience preparing Petitions to Revive, Office Action responses, and handling §2(d) likelihood-of-confusion issues• Strong familiarity with USPTO systems (TEAS, TSDR)• Ability to begin work promptly due to time sensitivity• Clear communication and a track record of successful trademark revival efforts• * Deliverables:1.
