Calling all trailblazers, dreamers and innovators aged 18-30: this is your moment to step into the spotlight. No matter your background, if you’ve got ambition, creativity and a spark of innovation, we invite you to participate. What’s the challenge this year? We’re asking you to craft the future of luxury fragrance. Design unparalleled products and experiences powered by pure creativity, pioneering tech & science, and bespoke services. Why join? Real-World Experience: Work on a concrete business case for a global leader in beauty, gaining invaluable insights into the luxury fragrance market and L'Oréal's operations. Skill Development: Enhance critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, presentation, and innovation skills through a structured learning journey. Mentorship: Receive guidance and feedback from L'Oréal experts and industry professionals throughout the competition phases. Certificate of Completion: Every participant who successfully completes the competition receives an official L'Oréal Brandstorm certificate, recognizing their dedication and achievement. Networking Opportunities: Connect with L'Oréal employees, fellow innovators, and industry leaders from around the globe. -Global Exposure: - U.S. Finals in New York City: The top ten finalist teams from the U.S. will travel to New York City to compete in the national finals. - Global Finals in Paris: The winning U.S. team will earn an all-expenses-paid trip to Paris, France, to represent the U.S. and compete against teams from around the world in the Global Finals. The Ultimate Prize: The Global Winning Team will receive an exclusive Management Trainee (MT) opportunity with L'Oréal USA, fast-tracking their career development within the world's leading beauty company.
