Telehealth NP - Virtual Chronic Care | Remote | Part-Time 20 hrs/week

We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, tech-enabled telehealth care for patients managing Long COVID, ME/CFS, POTS, Lyme disease, and related conditions. You’ll work under the mentorship of Dr. David Kaufman, one of the nation’s leading specialists in complex internal medicine. What You’ll Do:• Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations & structured follow-bolthires• Coordinate care plans using AI-supported clinical tools• Collaborate with Dr.Kaufman and a growing multidisciplinary team• Help shape documentation workflows and protocols• Deliver high-empathy, high-impact care to underserved patients✅ You Bring:• Active NP/ARNP/APRN license (WA, CO, or AZ preferred — or the ability to obtain one.
