Solution Delivery• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop a business case, gather business requirements, and translate them into a customer solution when required.• Experience managing, delivering, and administrating client professional services agreements, including the change management process. • Understand and manage customer requirements (delivery and environmental factors) to ensure contract understanding and acceptance for deliverables, bolthires, contract type, timeline, risk and assumptions, and customer satisfaction. • Ensure delivery methodology is understood by a team from project initiation to project closeout, sales/solution to delivery knowledge transfer.• Financial and contractual responsibility for engagement profitability. • Maintain awareness for additional business opportunities and support the pursuit of future business through quality results and escalation to internal stakeholders when other business opportunities may present themselves. • Ensure delivery management methodology is followed on all client opportunities. • Mentor, manage, and develop product/project team members. Team size varies from 3 team members up to 8-10 team members. • Conduct annual reviews and provide feedback throughout the year on employee performance where required.• Ensure Human Resources policies and procedures are communicated and executed according to internal and consultant HR policies. Required Education andExperience:• 10+ years’ experience working in the Security sector-leading security/application teams to develop and remediate secure applications leveraging Agile and SDLC methodologies• Must have a strong understanding of the SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE(SDLC). • Prefers an Architect who is a former application developer. • Active Security certification is a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, CEH, OSCE, etc.)• Experience as a security consultant with a Big-4 consulting firm is considered beneficialExpert knowledge of application security concepts and principles, including:• Security Architecture – Secure by Design, Security as Code, Infrastructure as Code, Security Design Patterns, Design Reviews.• Demonstrated experience securing applications, data at rest, data in transit, infrastructure (Cloud, on-premise, and Edge), containers, and microservices. • Must come• Demonstrated experience developing security automation playbooks, including reviewing and refactoring playbooks. • Experience with one or more automation tools, e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet. • Proficient in developing Python and Java programming languages. • Experienced in developing application threat models data flows and guiding application development teams on effective countermeasures, including designing security designs.• Experienced in web application infrastructure and Windows/UNIX-based operating systems, focusing on security aspects of application and operating system platforms. • Understand static and Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST) and associated tools. • Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO, CIS, etc.) and regulatory compliance (PCI, SOX, etc.) best practices for deploymentBusiness & Consulting Skills• Strong written, verbal, and oral presentation skills• Able to articulate highly complex/technical matters into an easy-to-understand dialogue.• Strong documentation skills and ability to write white papers, technical documents, and diagram data and process flows. • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, which demonstrate the box problem-solving. • Proven ability to appropriately prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment• Able to navigate and successfully work in diverse environments (political, organizational maturity, change mentality, etc.)• Team player with experience leading and collaborating with cross-teams to deliver successful solutions• Superior people and personnel management skills.• Strong ability to define strategic initiatives to expand and improve engagement services. • Develop road-maps and Management Action Plans to demonstrate initiatives’ value in bolthires savings, performance/quality gains, repeatable processes, etc. • Strong Project Management skills with demonstrated experience leading technical and functional teams successfully through the project lifecycle: kick-off through implementation close-out• Pre-sales support experience is a plusSkills:• Application security, solutioning, automation, API development, systems integration software, Security, Identity Management, Access Management, Information security, Cyber securityTop Skills Details:• Application security,solutioning, automation, API development, and systems integration software.About TEKsystems:We’re partners in transformation.
