Technical Recruiter - Fully Remote and Sourcing Heavy (Contract, Contract to Hire, Part, or Full Time)

We’re looking for a full-time Engineering & Product Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close. What You'll Bring:• You must have at least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency.This is a requirement for us to consider your profile. We’re open to hiring a strong Mid-Level, Senior, or Staff Recruiter — mindset and approach matter most to us. • Sourcing expertise: you’ve personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (especially for startup companies without brand recognition). • Deep knowledge of engineering and bonus points if you've done product hiring: you understand what great technical talent looks like. • A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results.• A growth mindset: you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions.
