Supply Chain Manager - Supplement Brand (Subscription Model)

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager with proven experience in the supplement industry, specifically with subscription-based brands. You will manage supplier relationships, oversee inventory planning, and ensure that stock availability aligns with projected subscription renewals. Role DescriptionAs our Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:- Managing daily communication with manufacturers, suppliers, fulfillment centers, and logistics partners. - Tracking production timelines, lead times, and delivery schedules to prevent stockouts or overstocking.- Setting up and maintaining accurate stock-in-progress sheets that show:- Needs to have experience with ShopifyCurrent inventory- Projected inventory for next month, second month, and third month (based on subscription forecasts)Purchase order status- Estimated consumption rate- Forecasting demand based on subscription growth, churn, seasonality, and marketing activities. - Ensuring all supply chain processes are documented, optimized and transparent. - Coordinating reorders, negotiating pricing, and ensuring product quality standards.- Monitoring logistics performance and resolving delivery issues quickly. - Improving overall supply chain efficiency, bolthires control, and reporting accuracy.
