Description du posteYour Mission As a Supply Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our buyers and ensuring flawless execution of negotiated hotel offers.Based in Aix-en-Provence, you’ll manage the technical setup, accuracy, and lifecycle of our flash sales, guaranteeing seamless publication and performance. Partner & Prospect Relations • Schedule and prepare partner/prospect meetings and ensure responsive follow-up. • Identify and escalate issues, opportunities, or weak signals to Buyers. • Gather useful information to support commercial development. Contract Management • Collect required inputs to prepare accurate and compliant commercial contracts (FSA).• Support offer finalization with suppliers when needed. • Ensure completeness and validation of all agreements. Offer Production & Follow-Up • Create and configure offers in internal tools. • Check pricing, product data, BAT, visuals, and overall offer accuracy. • Advise Buyers on technical feasibility and monitor production timelines. • Handle pricing errors, stock issues, and product quality incidents. Stock Management • Monitor stock levels, alert Buyers/partners, and support renegotiations. • Identify additional stock opportunities to boost sales.Database & Reporting • Maintain up-to-date partner and prospect databases. • Track offer performance and provide regular quantitative/qualitative reporting. Additional Tasks • Build market and destination knowledge, support competitive monitoring, and help resolve minor supplier disputes. Your profile: • Process-driven, with strong analytical and Excel skills, you see every challenge as an opportunity to improve.• Calm and efficient under pressure, maintaining high standards even in peak periods. • Flexible and proactive, able to adapt priorities to handle the unexpected. • Strong communicator, comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders. • A true team player, eager to contribute and grow together. • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
