Overview:As a Staff Utilization Management Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in conducting comprehensive reviews of medication care plans, evaluating medical necessity, and identifying unusual usage patterns. You will also provide clinical guidance to patients and providers to support bolthires-effective medication use and promote high-quality patient outcomes. Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive reviews of medication care plans to evaluate medical necessity and identify unusual usage patterns• Apply evidence-based criteria to ensure appropriate medication use and address moderately complex to complex issues that require critical thinking and in-depth analysis• Provide clinical guidance to patients and providers to support bolthires-effective medication use and promote high-quality patient outcomes• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes• Stay up-to-date with latest clinical research and guidelines to ensure accurate and effective medication use• * Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited college of pharmacy• Active pharmacist license in the state of residence• Eligibility to participate in federal prescription programs (e.g., Medicare/Medicaid)• Self-directed with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to foster collaborative solutions• High attention to detail with a strong work ethic focused on accuracy and productivity• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to:+ bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)+ Clinical decision support tools (e.g., Micromedex, Lexicomp)+ Pharmacy benefit management (PBM) platforms+ Electronic health records (EHRs)• * Benefits:• Competitive salary range: $94,900 - $130,500 per year• Eligibility for a bonus incentive plan• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, time off, and more• Opportunities for professional growth and development• Collaborative and supportive work environment• Flexible scheduling and remote work options• Access to cutting-edge technology and resources• Opportunities to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes Apply tot his job
