Key Responsibilities & Duties• Develop and optimize real-time computer vision algorithms for autonomous target identification and engagement. • Design machine learning models tailored for embedded systems with constrained resources. • Collaborate with electrical and systems engineers to integrate vision solutions into turret hardware. • Execute testing protocols to validate algorithm performance across diverse scenarios. • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge base development.• Assist in transitioning prototypes to military-grade deployments and adapting systems to different platforms. • Support multi-sensor fusion efforts for autonomous system enhancements. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in algorithm development. Job Requirements• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with specialization in ML or computer vision. • 7+ years of experience developing and deploying computer vision systems, preferably in robotics or safety-critical environments.• Proficiency in Python and C++, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. • Experience with embedded systems and deploying vision algorithms on constrained hardware. • Knowledge of multi-sensor fusion techniques for autonomous systems. • Collaborative mindset with proven experience mentoring engineers and driving technical solutions. • Ability to design and execute rigorous testing protocols for algorithm validation. • Passion for machine learning, computer vision, and robotics.
