About the positionResponsibilities• Serve as both program owner and project manager for core talent management processes including performance management, talent review, succession planning, leadership models, culture and engagement surveys, and assessments. • Deliver subject matter expertise to a wide variety of projects including organization assessment, organization design, and culture transformation across the enterprise, with a heavy focus on change management. • Design and propose new organizational frameworks, operating models, job roles, and processes that align with the company's strategic goals.• Ensure that the organization has the right skills and is aligned with new structures and strategic priorities to drive productivity and growth. • Work directly with the People Strategy & Innovation team on updates and enhancements to core talent management processes. • Consult with business partners on organizational design work to assess organizational efficiency and diagnosis necessary to design changes. • Build measurement plans that effectively leverage data to determine success of talent initiatives.• Engage in ongoing stakeholder management through effective collaboration with People Success team and business partners. • Provide thought leadership, guidance, and advocacy for diversity, equity, and inclusion in all talent projects, processes, and programs. • Research future organizational development trends and collaborate within People analytics to develop insights to formulate data-driven recommendations to the business to support OD initiatives. • Utilize a continuous improvement mindset to improve talent processes through leading practices, lessons learned, research, and utilization of training evaluation results.• Partner closely with the People Success technology team to efficiently manage and continuously improve processes and operation. Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in relevant HR focused program• Five (5) or more years of OD or relevant experience• Experience leading organizational design in an organization• Experience leading succession and talent reviews• Experience owning performance management cycles• Experience facilitating face-to-face trainings for mid-level managers, individual contributors, as well as large group audiences (100 people +)• Experience managing the work of direct and/or indirect reports• Experience with program management• High proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent time management skills and adherence to project timelines• Ability to improvise quickly to identify solutions• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills• Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks• Capable of peer coaching and team developmentBenefits• Paid time off• Health benefits• Dental benefits• Vision benefits• Life and disability benefits Apply tot his job
