Benefits:• Flexible work location: Knoxville or Sevierville, TN office and remote and hybrid available. • Retirement ( Simple, and we match up to 3% ), Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Short Term Disability InsuranceKey Responsibilities:As a Social Media Ads Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:• Day-to-day management of Facebook Ads campaigns• Assessing accounts and developing strategies to improve results for the key metrics• Implementing and improving on the strategies over time through testing• Brief creative teams and develop campaign creative assets• Strategic audience targeting and consistent optimization in all client accounts and campaigns• Fully owning checking pixels and being the second set of eyes to verify all pixels are placed correctly to ensure proper campaign tracking.• Track and report on campaign results, data analysis, contribute to weekly/monthly client status calls with regular reporting on results. • Close collaboration with our internal team to assess and improve advertising performance. • Constant learning to improve your understanding of the paid marketing landscape. Required Skills andQualifications:To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:• Expertise in Facebook Ads, having directly managed large budget campaigns with results to show.• Highly proficient in Facebook's Ads Manager• Comfortable with A/B testing tools and methods to prove and report on performance metrics• Experience managing conversion-focused digital advertising campaigns with ROI related metrics. • Experience with graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator is a plus but not required. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment• A strong portfolio showcasing your previous work and achievements in advertising.Why ?
