Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SIU Investigator to. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, investigating, and preventing insurance fraud and related security threats. This position offers an opportunity to utilize investigative skills in a dynamic environment, contributing to the integrity and safety of our organization. The SIU Investigator will conduct thorough investigations, gather and analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports to support case resolutions.Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth investigations into suspected insurance fraud, including reviewing claims, documents, and other relevant information. • Utilize surveillance techniques to gather evidence while adhering to legal and ethical standards. • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to fraudulent activities or security breaches. • Perform research on case histories, background checks, and other pertinent information to support investigations. • Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, evidence, and conclusions for use in legal proceedings or organizational review.• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, legal teams, and internal departments to coordinate investigation efforts. • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the investigative process. Requirements • Proven experience or background in law enforcement, security, or related investigative fields. • Strong report writing skills with the ability to clearly document findings and compile comprehensive case files. • Proficiency in data collection methods and analytical tools relevant to investigations.• Experience with surveillance techniques and research methodologies. • Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection strategies within insurance or financial sectors. • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple cases efficiently. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external agencies.
