Core Job Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and optimize SEO campaigns to ensure effective and efficient performance across local, national, and e-commerce markets. • Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement on-page optimizations, including metadata, structure, and content, to enhance rankings and visibility. • Ensure websites are technically sound by optimizing site architecture, improving mobile responsiveness, page speed, schema markup, and resolving crawl issues. • Leverage SEO analytics platforms to monitor search behavior trends, execute A/B testing, and identify opportunities for campaign growth and refinement. • Collaborate on the creation of high-quality, optimized content, such as blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions, that align with strategic goals. • Design and execute high-quality link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search engine performance. • Partner with internal teams and service implementation partners to delegate tasks, oversee project timelines, and ensure work aligns with deadlines and quality standards. • Research and integrate innovative SEO techniques, tools, and technologies to maintain cutting-edge practices and educate team members and clients. • Serve as a resource for communicating and articulating SEO concepts, strategies, and performance insights to both internal and client audiences as needed. • Oversee the setup, configuration, and optimization of data platforms like Google Analytics 4, ensuring accurate tracking of key events for service-based businesses and e-commerce clients. Collaborate with internal teams to align data strategies with campaign goals and provide actionable insights. • Complete a minimum of 5 hours of professional development monthly, with a focus on search engine marketing. • Proactively and reactively perform other relevant tasks to support the success of SEO campaigns and overall team objectives. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. • 3-5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO campaigns across multiple industries. • Advanced knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Ads Keyword Planner. • Proficiency with WordPress, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager. • Experience with A/B testing and leveraging AI tools (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, SurferSEO) to support SEO strategies. • Active Certifications (Preferred): • Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) • Google Tag Manager (GTM) Certification or equivalent training. Key Skills and Competencies: • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset. • Exceptional communication skills to articulate SEO concepts and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple SEO campaigns (from small to large) and deadlines effectively. • Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
