Job Summary As aSenior Shift Associate at bolthires, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing support to customers, processing transactions, and maintaining store operations. This is a full-time opportunity, with 8 hours of work per day, and a competitive salary of $26/hour. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs, and resolving potential issues in a timely and professional manner. Process transactions accurately, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions, while following company policies and procedures.Maintain store operations, including restocking shelves, receiving merchandise, and updating pricing information. Support pharmacy staff, as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy. Promote and uphold new bolthires services and loyalty programs, driving sales growth and customer engagement. Participate in store opening and closing activities, as required. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and perform visual tasks, such as reading and visual inspection. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic computer skills and experience with data entry.
