Required Hours/Week: 10-20hrs./Week Position Summary:• TheSenior Project/Program Manager will oversee large-scale technology and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to established project management standards. • The role involves strategic planning, governance, portfolio management, and close coordination with executive stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects.Responsibilities:• Lead and manage multiple projects or programs using PMBOK-aligned methodologies and best practices. • Develop comprehensive project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. • Implement program and portfolio management practices to align projects with enterprise goals and strategic priorities. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and communication. • Oversee project financials, risks, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate governance and reporting at all levels.• Apply strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities and complex project interdependencies. • Provide technology insight and ensure that technical aspects are well integrated into project execution. • Report program status, KPIs, and deliverables to senior leadership and executive sponsors. Required Skills:• 10+ years of experience in Project Management with proven success in leading complex initiatives. • Strong knowledge of PMBOK methodologies, tools, and best practices. • Expertise in Program and Portfolio Management frameworks and execution.• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Demonstrated familiarity with technology projects and technical delivery teams. • PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) required. Preferred Skills:• Experience in financial environments such as banking, investments, or treasury systems. • Working knowledge of SAP modules and integration. • Proven ability to manage and motivate diverse, cross-functional teams.
