Senior SAP MM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP MM Consultant to lead and support SAP implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have Business acumen and be able to work closely with project business stakeholders to understand processes, gather requirements, configure SAP solutions, and ensure successful delivery of MM-related projects. Key Responsibilities: • Lead SAP MM module implementations and support projects. • Conduct business requirement workshops and translate them into functional specifications. • Configure SAP MM modules to meet business needs and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CO, SD, FI, and technical teams. • Perform system testing, user training, and post-go-live support. • Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices and process improvements. • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Required Skills and Experience: • 6–12 years of hands-on SAP MM experience, including full lifecycle implementations. • Strong expertise in configuration and integration. • Ability to write functional specifications and work with ABAP developers. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven ability to lead workshops and drive business-driven configuration decisions. Education & Certifications: • Bachelor Degree. • SAP MM certification is a plus. Preferred Attributes: • Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations. • Familiarity with tools like SAP ALM, Fiori, and SAP Activate methodology. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities The salary range for this position is: $99,500 - $155,000 Benefits include Healthcare (medical, dental, vision); life and disability insurance (company paid); wellbeing plans; 401(k) plan with company match; nine paid company holidays; paid vacation; paid sick time; training and development opportunities.
