Responsibilities:- Perform all applicable compliance testing (including ADP, ACP, 410(b), 401(a)(4), top-heavy) and administer retirement plans in accordance with ERISA- Consult with clients and recommend plan design changes, as applicable- Work directly with business owners, financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to address questions/resolve issues in a timely manner- Prepare contribution calculations, non-discrimination testing, and IRS Forms 5500, 5558, 5330- Provide periodic valuations and contribution calculations- Support auditors for large plan audits- Manage distribution requests for an assigned book of business to ensure timely review and approval- Calculate required minimum distributions- Research complex plan-related issues and corrective measures- Understand and interpret defined contribution plan documents- Assist with oversight/review of administration prepared by junior Analysts- Adhere to M2B timeline standards for returning phone calls and emailsQualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, or related field preferred- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the retirement plan industry- Extensive background in qualified defined contribution plan administration, including ERISA and IRS/DOL rules and regulations- ASPPA credentials strongly preferred- Knowledge of Ft.Williams compliance software is required- Experience with PensionPro or similar workflow management system is preferred- Proficient with Microsoft Office products- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentSalary/Benefits:- Competitive salary with PTO and ten (10) paid holidays- Health/dental/vision insurance- Life insurance- Company-sponsored retirement plan- Educational support for ASPPA certifications and on-going CE- Remote, work-from-home position (40 hours/week)-Advancement and growth opportunities available Apply tot his job
