About the Company and Role VacancyGlobal is excited to present this immediate hiring opportunity for aSenior QA Analyst to join bolthires's Bossfight Recreation Studio.As a remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US, collaborating with a cross-functional team to design and execute QA strategies and plans across multiple game portfolios. Key Responsibilities Test game functionality and performance across various consumer devices, including Android and iOS Triaging complex issues and driving them to resolution Collaborate with engineering teams and producers to identify requirements and develop test plans Define test coverage, create and maintain test cases, report test results, and assess readiness to ship throughout the software development lifecycle Work with partners and stakeholders to utilize and enhance testing tools Investigate product quality, usability, and device boundaries Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: A passion for video games and a commitment to delivering high-quality products 4+ years of industry experience in QA, preferably in the gaming industry Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience testing mobile games Excellent iOS/Android testing experienceProfessional knowledge of technical requirements, tools, and methodologies Experience translating requirements into effective test instances Test planning experience for complex features/systems Ability to work independently and thrive while focusing on details, including spotting subtle issues, raising concerns, and taking ownership of solutions Experience with JIRA, TestRail, and TCM tools Capacity to work with internal and external teams, review partners' test results, and maintain all products to the highest levels of quality Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade through feedback, championing and enhancing the user experience Deep understanding of accessibility requirements and testing methodologies Experience with Unity Editor Experience with Perforce Preferred Qualifications To further enhance your application, you may possess: Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master and/or Product Owner, ISTQB Experience with Xcode, using IPAs, and pulling device logs Experience with Continuous Integration systems What We Offer A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package will be provided to the successful candidate.As a remote role, you will enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US, with the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team of professionals.
