Reporting to the Director of the PMO, this individual will join a team of four folks who are all committed to making a sizable impact on the future of the renewable energy industry. What You’ll Do - Immediately• Support the management and allocation of the services team resources with the Vertical Directors and Program Managers, ensuring optimal consultant fit for customer needs. • Oversees and maintains the resource management reporting schedule, guaranteeing that data is current, precise, and disseminated correctly.• Enhance and optimize existing resource allocation processes and project forecasting methodologies for the Services team and play a vital role in selecting future software tools. • Forecast future resource availability, considering resource capacity, scheduled time off, and business travel implications on engagement schedules and capacity for new engagements. • Efficiently monitor Toggl usage to ensure accurate time tracking and compliance with project timelines while serving as the ultimate quality assurance/quality control checkpoint.• Direct and manage key initiatives aligned with annual goals, ensuring project milestones are met and outcomes contribute effectively to the organization's strategic objectives. • Coordinate cross-functional teams executing initiatives fostering collaborative partnerships within the company to build trust and leveraging diverse skill sets for optimal results. • Drive initiatives to meet established metrics and achieve data-driven outcomes, ensuring all activities align with key performance indicators and contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Services team.• Ensure change management communications are considered and facilitated as appropriate as action plans are implemented. What You’ll Do – Long-Term• Advance into an overall senior role within the PMO or other Services vertical. • Identify and drive improvement initiatives that optimize capacity and ensure the best return on investment without adding risk or disruption. • Oversee and guide multiple high-profile initiatives, mentoring and developing other team members and ensuring consistent communication of progress and insights to the PMO director.• Contribute to the enhancement of departmental processes and the establishment of Service-wide standards for excellence. • Facilitates process improvement, including analysis of gaps in process, people, and technology, and assists in implementing long-term/short-term improvement plans in processes and practices. • Actively participate in shaping the design and architecture of innovative products and tools to support renewable energy project developers and investors through the Euclid platform. Required Skills and Experience• 4+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in resource and project management.• Experience managing small to large projects and multiple concurrent projects; ability to guide technical/delivery/business teams through ambiguity and create and manage plans. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficient in project management software and tools. • Ability to adapt to changing environments and tackle challenges with a problem-solving mindset. The base salary range for this role is between $85,000 and $105,000. The base salary depends upon many factors, such as education, experience, and skills.
