We strive to create a work environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.About the RoleTheSenior Manager - Direct Channels Customer Acquisition will play a crucial role in leading the strategy, development, and implementation of various lending treatments across our Charge and Lend Cards, focusing on email and direct mail channels. This high-impact position offers significant opportunities for exposure to leadership across blithequark and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Channel Marketers, Product Management, Risk, Analytics, Technology, and Finance.Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, evaluate, and optimize email and direct mail communications for line treatments to drive engagement and incremental revenue Lead channel forecasting and results analysis, optimizing channels and flex plans as needed to meet investment and performance objectives Evolve our marketing strategies in email and direct mail, leveraging new technologies, personalization, and innovative approaches Design and implement test and learn curricula to drive growth through targeted initiatives Collaborate closely with Marketing Strategy, Product Management, and Risk partners to understand portfolio strategies, customer behavior, and identify opportunities to support and grow the program Lead and manage two high-performing direct reports who will lead marketing execution Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Relevant experience within marketing, product, strategy, or a function with transferable skills A data-driven strategic thinker with a growth mindset and a track record of developing customer-first marketing strategies that deliver results Exceptional sense of accountability and ownership, with a results-driven approach Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team Superior relationship management skills, with the ability to influence partners both across and upwards Robust analytical skills that translate data into insights A solution-oriented mindset and clear, articulate communication skills Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines A positive energy and enthusiasm, with a "can-do" attitude Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience in digital and/or direct mail marketing is preferred.If you have a strong background in marketing, product, or strategy, and are looking to expand your skills, we encourage you to apply. Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
