About the positionResponsibilities• Develop and execute the global strategy for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. • Take strategic ownership of Global IT Support, ensuring the delivery of efficient, high-quality support services across multiple global sites. • Drive initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity resilience, focusing on threat prevention, detection, and response. • Lead efforts to enhance system hardening, improve security controls, and implement redundancy strategies for critical systems.• Manage the development and execution of the cybersecurity and infrastructure technology roadmap for the next 3-5 years. • Oversee the development and strengthening of the IT infrastructure team, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and training. • Manage relationships with external vendors, including 24/7 Security Operations Centers (SOC) and virtual Chief Information Security Officers (vCISO). • Provide leadership in establishing and maintaining best practices for global IT support. • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, including GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and others.• Lead the response to critical security breaches, IT incidents, or service outages. • Work directly with the VP of Global IT and other IT directors to align infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies with overall business priorities. • Manage the budgeting process for global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives. Requirements• 10+ years in IT leadership roles with proven experience in managing global IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations. • Deep knowledge of key technologies such as Cisco switches, Palo Alto firewalls, WAN, Crowdstrike, and Cisco Global Protect VPN.• Experience in leading cybersecurity initiatives, including system hardening and disaster recovery. • Strong experience in managing external vendors and stakeholders in a complex global environment. • Proven ability to manage the technology roadmap for infrastructure and cybersecurity. Nice-to-haves• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MS in Cybersecurity, or Information Systems). • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ITIL. Apply tot his job
