Senior Director – Cybersecurity Leader for Electrification Systems
Job Description:• Cybersecurity Leader for Non-Core systems and processes in the Electrification Systems Segment• Report to the CISO of Electrification and collaborate with the Vernova CISO and their Staff• Facilitate the creation and maintenance of a portfolio of Cyberservices• Ensure that specific BU Cyber Risks meet the risk tolerance of both the BU and the overall Vernova Organization• Work closely with the central Cybersecurity team and the BU DT teams• Provide Subject Matter Expertise in the Electrification Segment’s unique Cybersecurity and technical regulatory environment• Communicate BU Cyber risks to the Central Cybersecurity team and the BU Leadership Team• Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and key enablersRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field• minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Security or 6 years of Information Security experienced with a Master’s degree• Specific experience in implementing US Military Cybersecurity compliance requirements (DFARS, and CMMC), as well as classified environments.• US Citizenship and ability to get a DOD Security Clearance, if required. • 3 years of experience leading large security programs• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT Security and risk frameworks including: ISO 2700x, NIST 800• Ability and willingness to travel, as required.
