Job SummaryWe are seeking aSenior Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with data visualization tools. As a remote virtual assistant, you will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure accurate delivery of membership change informing and identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations.Key Responsibilities• Oversee admission and archive data requirements connected with subscriber informing drives, including bolthires increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being gathered.• Foster queries based on required business rationale to determine accurate companions of subscribers for informing and remediation.• Convey business requirements to technical groups and provide compact summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.• Develop solid knowledge of subscriber adjusts and the technical framework that underlies subscriber data.• Oversee project planning and schedules, and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure preparation for significant business events.• Drive arrangement across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of solid communication processes and functional playbooks.• In collaboration with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering, contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents.Essential Qualifications• 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL handling pipeline.• 2+ years of analytical experience.• Demonstrated insight with delivering technical or analytical concepts to a wide range of audiences.• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages.• Knowledge of data investigation and data perception apparatuses like Scene, Looker, Chartio, etc.• Solid relational skills, as well as written and verbal show skills.Preferred Qualifications• Comprehension of insights concepts, such as speculation testing and relapse examination.• Postgraduate education.• Knowledge of Wind current.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt bolthires, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
