Seeking Fractional Quality Assurance Manager for Healthcare Organization
We are a mental health / behavioral health company that provides therapy services in North Carolina, predominantely for substance abuse treatment for individuals with Medicaid insurance. We are seeking a Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager who is:- Very knoweldgable with mental health in North Carolina- Lives in Eastern North Carolina, or is willing to travel to Eastern North Carolina at least 1-2 times per month (or as needed)- Has a very strong background in quality assurance in medicaid mental healthcareThe Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager is a fractional, part-time leadership role designed to strengthen the QA/QI function at our mental and behavioral healthcare organization by providing high-level oversight of compliance systems, Medicaid authorizations, documentation integrity, and audit readiness.Working under the Vice President, this role leads quality monitoring efforts, identifies compliance risks, and drives corrective action to ensure our organization maintains audit-ready standards with MCOs, DHHS, and Medicaid regulatory bodies. This position is remote-first with the ability to travel 1–2 times per month, or as needed, to Greenville, NC and surrounding service areas for onsite audits, walkthroughs, and leadership-level compliance reviews.
