Offer innovative solutions and recommendations based on scientific knowledge and research. Conduct presentations and trainings for customers on pet health and nutrition. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends in veterinary medicine and animal nutrition.Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns. Conduct research and gather data to support product development and improvement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Travel to various locations within the Mid-Atlantic territory to provide support and training. Represent Mars Incorporated and its values in a professional and ethical manner. Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development. Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and scientific findings.Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and execute new projects and initiatives.
